Formed by Managing Director Richard Powell alongside his sibling Christopher Powell, Euromould Ltd was established as a Injection Mould Tool provider.
In 2001, Euromould Invested in 2SM Moulding Ltd, which became 2 material moulding specialists. Euromould Ltd would be integral in tooling manufacture and maintenance.
Over the next few years the business would rapidly expand and adapt its customer offerings. Switching from a predominantly tooling house, to a fully operational tooling and moulding facility.
In order to better serve our customers, Euromould Singapore Pte Ltd was setup in order to offer local support in the region on technical components integration and assembly.
Logistics warehouse offering stock management was created.
Euromould jointly incorporate SEAMCO in Singapore to develop and manufacture precision motor components.
Tooling, Moulding and the best in class automation was incorporated to create one of the very best precision moulding companies in the world.
Euromould Remained a separate entity.
Located at West Park Bizcentral in the west of the island, SEAMCO went on to produce over 1 million components per week in 2018 and 2019.
As a Strategic Acquisition for their own expansion, Hi-P Makes a full acquisition of SEAMCO. Euromould remains in place a development partner to SEAMCO under the new ownership
Euromould Singapore Pte Ltd changes name to Euromould group Pte Ltd.
Euromould Group Pte Ltd Acquires Euromould Ltd.
